One of the primordial goals of Northville 16 Elementary School is to ensure that all learners have equal access and opportunities to inclusive education. To realize this goal, the school performance on access must be effectively translate the strategic directions into concrete actions in collaboration with the school stakeholders. 


The process in data collection and treatment on school’s access have undergone a thorough empirical investigation based on school and learners’ status report, and school’s KPI. Thus, the data were gathered in a quantifiable manner, computed, and analyzed appropriately to assess whether the data collate are gradually increasing or decreasing in comparison to previous school years.


In this regard, Project ACCESS (Accurate digitized tool to Collate and Correct data on learners Enrolment tracking School’s System) was conceptualized in collaboration with the stakeholders to address the unsettling trend in school’s KPIs. This will ensure that all learners belonging to the school age bracket have access to learning opportunities. Cognizant to this, the school’s decelerating KPIs in terms of percentage of transition, completion, and cohort survival rate were given immediate focus through the school’s strategic direction with the strengthen support of key stakeholders to bridge school’s access which will eventually lead to greater heights and organizational productivity.
