School-Based Management Orientation/Re-organization (April 05, 2023)
The objective of the meeting is to:
Orient and re-organize principle leaders and members of the roles and responsibilities of their current assigned task;
Accomplish documents based on the target schedule;
Update the e-SBM repository and Google Sites.
Principle 1 encompasses the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal base from properly planned projects, programs and activities by providing guidance and direction under good and effective governance.
Principle 2 covers any undertakings at school focusing on education itself which seeks to research, develop, and implement curriculum base on the present situation and arising needs to ensure pupils' good performance and increased achievements.
Principle 3 is anchored on the development of school accountability led by the different stakeholders towards continuously improvement through proper management of structures and mechanisms and conduct of enhancement of school plans which are responsive to the emerging learning needs and demands of the community.
Principle 4 explains the efficient and effective development and utilization of school's resources in any form in the accomplishment of any school programs, projects and activities with the conformity of the community.
Northville 16 Elementary School unlocked another success for maintaining e-SBM Level 3 with an increase points of 2.940 last S.Y. 2021-2022!
