SIP STRATEGIC PLANNING
SIP STRATEGIC PLANNING
CRAFTING OF SIP
The school was able to conduct strategic planning for developing the School Improvement Plan (SIP) with internal and external stakeholders based on the input gathered in the recent Division Seminar on SIP development. Essentially, in the SIP development, the school has undergone a series of data gathering and consultative meetings with the teachers and the stakeholders to ensure the alignment of priorities based on strategic directions of the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) of Mabalacat City.
The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is realized through the collaborative efforts of all the stakeholders together with the School Planning Team (SPT) and under the leadership and guidance of the school head, Mr. Jayson Ryan T. De Leon, as a response to DepEd Order no. 24 s. 2022 known as “Adoption of the Basic Education Development Plan 2030” to strategically address the immediate impact of pandemic on learning, and to confront the challenges of education in terms of access, equity, quality, resiliency, and well-being including governance.
Though the school was able to mitigate the emerging educational challenges, yet the school will remain steadfast to continuously providing quality and inclusive education to all learners through the support of educational partners. Further, the SIP development is a product of theory of change and foresight thinking carefully planned and developed through the synergy of all stakeholders to provide the school a roadmap or strategic directions in improving the delivery of quality basic educational services.
