Principle 4 AVP

The video features how resources are organized, managed, mobilized, and reported with honesty to the stakeholders of CNHS. We used the acronynm "SHARE" to feature the best practices of Principle 4: Management of Resource.

Regularly resource inventory is collaboratively undertaken by learning managers. Learning managers, learning facilitators, and community stakeholders as basis for resource allocation and mobilization.

Resources are collectively and judiciously mobilized and managed with transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Resource inventories are systematically developed and stakeholders are engaged in a collaborative process to make decisions on resource allocation and mobilization.
