The video features how resources are organized, managed, mobilized, and reported with honesty to the stakeholders of CNHS. We used the acronynm "SHARE" to feature the best practices of Principle 4: Management of Resource.

Resource inventories are systematically developed and stakeholders are engaged in a collaborative process to make decisions on resource allocation and mobilization.
Stakeholders collaborate to ensure timely and need- based planning and resource programming and support continuous implementation of the education plan.
Proceeds from the IGP were used to procure more learning materials to support learners with the assistance of parents and other household members.
Stakeholders sustain the implementation and improvement of a collaboratively developed, periodically adjusted, and constituent- focused resource management system.
