The Lipa City Science Integrated National High School Coordinating Council for Campus Co-Curricular Organization (LCSINHS-CCCCCO) is an organization that serves as a platform for organizing and supporting co-curricular activities both on and off-campus. The primary objective of CCCCCO is to foster an environment that promotes the holistic development of students by providing them with opportunities to participate in activities outside the classroom. CCCCCO also strives to bring together student representatives from various clubs and organizations on campus to collaborate, share resources, and promote their respective programs. Overall, the organization endeavors to enrich the education experience of LipaSci Scholars by promoting their personal and professional growth through extracurricular involvement.
The Coordinating Council for Campus Co-Curricular Organization envisions creating, developing, and facilitating dynamic and engaging co-curricular activities that enhance the educational experience of students and foster a sense of community and school spirit. The LCSINHS-CCCCCO is composed of the Chairman, the Board Members, and the Board of Directors. Each of these has designated duties to ensure harmonious collaboration amongst the school’s clubs and organizations and to offer co-curricular events that promote active participation of the student body. The Chairman of CCCCCO is also the school’s SSG President therefore, he handles the overall integration of co-curricular activities within the LipaSci Scholars community. The Board Members are the Presidents of all the clubs, respectively. It is their duty to inform the CCCCCO of their plans and proposed programs to subject them to thorough deliberation and approval. The Board of Directors is subdivided into two posts, the Directors for Compliance and Records, and has assistant directors for each. The Director for Compliance must guarantee that the members are duly compliant with the given rules, timetable, and instructions. The Director of Records keeps track of the meetings held by the clubs and their agendas. The CCCCCO holds regular sessions for elaborate discussions about the details and procedures of its upcoming projects and to shed light on other concerns raised by the clubs. The CCCCCO aims to create a unifying partnership among its constituents as reliable leaders of the LipaSci Scholars community.
It is with great privilege that the chairman has appointed and bestowed upon us his trust to be of serviceable constituents to the club. To be working with the most respectable officers of each of the school’s founding organizations is both an honor and a pressure. Thus, with much persistence and devotion, we ought to fulfill the duties and responsibilities allocated to us in conformity to our purpose in the association. It is our duty to uphold the values and principles that the club was founded upon. We must work together towards a common goal and collaborate with our fellow members to achieve success. It is crucial that we communicate effectively, share our ideas, and provide constructive feedback to one another in order to grow and improve as a team.
