The Supreme Student Government (SSG) council of student leaders is elected by the student body to foster and advocate for the institution's objectives and welfare. As a student organization, it serves as an umbrella for all other organizations in the school as provided by the Philippine Constitution and according to the DepEd Order no. 47 series of 2014. The SSG represents the students to the school administration and staff as the authorized spokesperson of the student body. It strives for a healthy school environment and community; strives to provide learners the chance to be involved actively in creating quality education.
Under this, the SSG's key responsibilities are as follows:
Ensure that the DepEd's core values of Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa, as well as the school's four core values of integrity, excellence, leadership, and service, are followed.
Coordinating and supervising school events and activities such as foundation day, annual celebrations, and social initiatives and projects.
Works with school administrators on matters such as school policy, facilities, and resources to ensure that the student body's needs and concerns are recognized.
In charge of promoting ethical behavior and conduct among scholars and are active in disciplinary bodies and programs aimed at the welfare of the student body.
6th Regular Session (March 03, 2023)
The Sixth (6th) Regular Session of the Supreme Student Government (SSG) of Lipa City Science Integrated National High School was held last March 3, 2023, at 4:00 in the afternoon after classes. The organization discussed and finalized the winners and consolidated report of the Cleanest Classroom and Corridors for the month of February. The discussion about the programs and activities that will be implemented for the whole month, the monthly bulletin board, the school website, schedules, and a calendar of activities were also on the agenda of the meeting.
Model Students of The Month
Six shades casted on the land of scholars have transcended hefty and complex conquests. Though with upheavals and troughs, the line of promises continues. In the oath: “Excellence is not our goal, it is our standard”, the LCSINHS Supreme Student Government proudly presents the Model Student of the Month.
Model students are hailed in honor of their achievement in all spheres, including academics! They were able to demonstrate their full potential because they possessed the four core values of the institution: Integrity, Excellence, Leadership, and Service.
As the official representative of the student body, the SSG President ought to be able to successfully communicate with school administrators, professors, and other stakeholders to advocate for student concerns and interests. Committed to guiding the organization and ensuring that its members effectively carry out their obligations and responsibilities. This involves supervising SSG meetings and activities, allocating assignments to other SSG members, and encouraging member participation and teamwork. In charge of creating and executing projects that improve student life and answer student issues. He also must fulfill his obligation to guarantee that the SSG runs honestly and holds the student body accountable.
In charge of assisting the SSG President in carrying out their duties and obligations. Working directly with the president to create and execute programs, cooperating with other SSG members, and representing the student body as required are all examples of what this entails. In the absence of the President, maybe someone else is in charge of presiding at SSG sessions. This involves making certain that meetings operate smoothly and quickly and that all members have an equal opportunity to participate and contribute. Special projects or initiatives are allocated to the SSG Vice President by the SSG President or other members of the SSG.

This is crucial in the planning and organization of events and activities for the student body. The treasurer is also in charge of keeping an account of all SSG financial activities, including revenue and expenditure. This includes keeping correct records and preparing reports to be given to the organization's other officers and members. The treasurer is responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are transparent and that all financial records and reports are accessible to all officers and members of the organization.
The Supreme Student Government (SSG) Auditor is critical to guarantee the organization's financial transparency and accountability. Regular audits of the SSG's financial records and transactions to verify accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Examines receipts, payments, and other financial records to check that they have been lawfully approved and are backed up by relevant paperwork. Creates audit reports that summarize the results and suggestions for development and report them to SSG officers and members.
In charge of creating and disseminating promotional materials for SSG-organized events and initiatives. The SSG PIO is in charge of keeping up with and administering the SSG's social media platforms, as well as fostering transparency and communication among the student body, delivering accurate and timely information, and ensuring that the student population is aware of and active in the SSG's operations. The PIO assists with the development of the SSG by developing a consistent and identifiable visual identity and message that can help boost the SSG's exposure and credibility, as well as encourage more student engagement.
They ensure that all actions adhere to appropriate regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Also, they are in charge of ensuring that all SSG-organized events and activities keep the peace and decorum. They keep accurate records of everyone, keeping track of attendance and every other detail. They are in charge of maintaining order, following correct standards, and working for the student body's interests.
The Supreme Student Government (SSG) class representative is an essential member of the student government of a school. Serving as a link between their peers and the student's academic government. The class representative should be affable and available to their peers and should be able to bring their issues and concerns to the student government's attention. Promoting their class and ensuring that their needs are satisfied.
