This evidence contains the different competencies stated in the seven (7) domains of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) for Beginning Teachers such as the conduct of research in order to plot a valid justification on the applicable curriculum approach on the extisting curricula in the country . It also exhibits an integration of ICT-based methods (through the use of the modern media platforms) that are truly essential part of developing learner's 21st century skills. More importantly, the execution of the activity aims to promote greater awareness on the various instructional materials as a response to the needs of the diverse learners for an equitable and accessible quality of learning, most especially in these times that education is in the face of challenges. Furthermore, the evidence addresses key points about the comparisson of the two widely used type of educational material. Lastly, it can be observed on the presented evidence the objective of having a realization on the lenses of teacher's awareness regarding the depth and breadth of preparation and development of learning tools which is beneficial for their professional engagement and development while upholding the principle that no learners must be left behind.

Since the learners cannot be able to gather data face-to-face, this useful remote application helps them to collect information from their respondents easily and with no hassle. The current health crisis is still prevailing but education for every learner will never be put on hold. Through the existence of these online video conference applications, I can able to continue my discussion and transferring of knowledge to my learners. The various features of the application helped me to make my lessons more interactive and motivating.

Furthermore, these tools still allow the students to group themselves and brainstorm various ideas from the given topic through BREAK-OUT ROOMS.

Distance learning is such a new thing for all of us. Everyone is having struggles, difficulties, and boredom. According to Alexander (2018), 65 percent of the general population are visual learners and people retain 80 percent of what they see, compared to 20 percent of what they read and only 10 percent of what they hear. Therefore, I incorporate visual instructional materials that would help the learners to understand the lessons effectively and to reinforce learning amidst crisis.

According to Think Strategic (2017), 21st-century education is about giving students the skills they need to succeed in this new world and helping them grow the confidence to practice those skills. These learners prefer also to grow in a challenging environment. Thus, as a teacher, I practice inserting interactive quizzes or activities as part of the formative assessment to stimulate their critical thinking as well as their competitive behavior. Furthermore, these activities will help them to increase their camaraderie despite distance gaps.

This evidence covered mostly the expected competencies of the Beginning Teachers stated in the seven (7) domains of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST). The utilization of this platform are effective tools for the topic to be accurately demonstrated and explained which encompasses the application of Content Knowledge & Pedagogy domain such as the conduct of research in contextualizing ideas and integration of ICT-based methods that aim to engage and motivate learners. In relation with this, it also paved an opportunity to demonstrate the main objective of the topic which is to enumerate and explain the 'BEST PRACTICES' to pursue and continue learning despite different struggles and difficulties. This technique also may result in better understanding of learners about the gist of the subjects being discussed through the integration of infographics and different elemental designs as proven by the studies that the 21st century students are mostly visual learners. Moreover, activities gave an overview to the community on how the curriculum are being evaluated and what indicators are being considered in order to realize our education goals while upskilling and reflecting ourselves for professional growth and development (associated in Domains 6 and 7). Furthermore, this topic also highlights on how an educator may have a deeper analysis regarding the essentials of having a greater knowledge on the curriculum evaluation as part of the teaching force.
