COVID-19 pandemic changed the landscape of education not only in the Philippines but also in a worldwide setting. The unexpected emergence of the virus resulted in branching problems and issues that needed an immediate response to address the delivery of learning amidst crisis. This video shows the different factors affecting the teaching-learning process and how the education sector can cope and ' BOUNCE BACK' better.

This evidence contains the different competencies stated in the seven (7) domains of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) for Beginning Teachers such as the conduct of research in order to identify the various factors affecting the teaching and learning process amidst the current pandemic . It also exhibits an integration of ICT-based methods (through the use of the modern media platforms) that are truly essential part of developing learner's 21st century skills. More importantly, the execution of the activity aims to promote greater awareness not just only on the education sector but to the whole community as a response to the needs of the diverse learners for an equitable and accessible quality of learning within a secure environment, most especially in these times that education is in the face of challenges. Furthermore, the evidence features a feedback coming from the representatives of the community (parent and learner) that needs to be addressed for the improvement of the implementation of the curriculum. Lastly, it can be observed on the presented evidence the objective of having a realization on the lenses of teacher's practices which is beneficial for their professional engagement and development while upholding the principle that no learners must be left behind.
This evidence covered mostly the expected competencies of the Beginning Teachers stated in the seven (7) domains of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST). The utilization of the teacher-avatar digital poster are effective tools for the topic to be accurately demonstrated and explained which encompasses the application of Content Knowledge & Pedagogy domain such as the conduct of research in contextualizing ideas and integration of ICT-based methods that aim to engage and motivate learners. In relation with this, it also paved an opportunity to demonstrate the main objective of the education which is to cater the diversity of learners by the use of different modalities appropriate in their context most especially in this time of pandemic that education sector has been really challenged. This technique also may result in better understanding of learners about the gist of the subjects being discussed through the integration of infographics and different elemental designs as proven by the studies that the 21st century students are mostly visual learners. Moreover, activities gave an overview on the school's community linkages and partnership with the stakeholders in order to realize our education goals while upskilling and reflecting ourselves for professional growth and development (associated in Domains 6 and 7). Furthermore, this topic also highlights on how an educator may reflect on the various strategies in accordance to the implementing distance teaching approaches.
