These evidences have observable compositions of different domains such as the conduct of research in order to identify persisting issues in education, tracing in which particular era it first becomes noticeable, and identifying the factors or solution to the existing problem. In addition, the execution of the activity aims to help not just the education sector but the whole community in general which in order to care and address the needs of the diverse learners. Moreover, the evidences mainly focused on the improvement of the current curriculum in the country. It is also evident in the activities the objective of having a self-reflection in the aspect of teacher's practices which is beneficial for their professional engagement and development.

These evidences covered mostly the expected competencies of the Beginning Teachers stated in the seven (7) domains of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST). The utilization of column notes and the reflection paper are effective tools for the topic to be accurately demonstrated and explained which encompasses the application of Content Knowledge & Pedagogy domain. This also gave an opportunity to contextualize the topic given the diversity of learners most especially in this time of pandemic that education sector has been really challenged. The techniques also may result in better understanding of learners about the gist of the subjects being discussed through the integration of infographics. Moreover, activities gave an overview on the school's community linkages and partnership with the stakeholders in order to realize our education goals while upskilling and reflecting ourselves for professional growth and development (associated in Domains 6 and 7). Furthermore, this topic also highlights on how an educator may reflect on the various strategies and educational perspectives.

Education is one of the most pivotal elements that can change the landscape of the world and it has been already proven over the past years. It can make a great difference on how people will live or spend their lifetime, in relation with this, the goals of education can be realized through its anchorage and connection in various fields and aspects
Education is one of the most pivotal elements that can change the landscape of the world and it has been already proven over the past years. It can make a great difference on how people will live or spend their lifetime, in relation with this, the goals of education can be realized through its anchorage and connection in various fields and aspects
The introduction of this topic, Establishing the School Culture: Factors and Process, captivated my interest in having an in-depth analysis not just on education per se but also on its massive influence in different societal movements. It is very factual that it stimulates our mind and heart to have a greater awareness and knowledge to see the world in various perspectives – a significant part of our growth and development as human beings in this constantly evolving society. Indeed, the influences of education are not just being boxed in the four corners of the classrooms nor schools, instead, it can be observed beyond. My experiences as a student who shifted to be a professional teacher gave an affirmation to what I believe that our application of learnings will dictate on how we will shape ourselves for our future endeavors. In addition, education is not just merely a tool to improve the placement or career of an individual but unknowingly, it is a primary agent that unifies and integrates the humanity. In my opinion, this is the idea being constituted in structural functionalists view that education can be analogous to an organ system of human body which harmonizes the rhythm and balance. Similarly, a good foundation of education will encourage a more stable economy, politics and other aspects that can be observed in developed countries.

As I go through introspection, I have realized that our education perspectives are comparable to a group of people living in the same environment who experience a similar situation BUT their eyes can see a different purpose that can lead to different explanation. I strongly believe that it can either make or break the lives of every person, our choices on how to utilize this can highly affect the world, in general. The discussion of these topics opened my consciousness in the different mirrors being displayed in education, the embodiment of the reality on the current scenes. These things convinced me to also agree in the argument being given that education can be viewed in a conflicting manner, a stigma that increases the social inequality. As Dr. Abulencia highlighted different circumstances and examples, I found myself guilty of unintentionally committing acts and practices promoting unequal treatment to my students. Thus, I oath not to continue these things because it may add a more fuel to a more crucial problem, the inequitable exercises in the education system. Moreover, I learned that education must not recognize any gender, the system itself must cater the broader audiences without any discrimination. I support the feminist education in which they consider that stereotyping can be stopped through the initiative inside the classrooms. Likewise, it can also be witnessed that education system is used to employ labels that is correlated to symbolic interactionism. I do believe that it is already a dominant belief in the academe that the more the students earned credentials, the more chances that they will realize their dreams which can make a vital impact to the confidence and achieving rate of every student. However, these expectations can be a factor in building an optimistic or pessimistic effect.
