These evidences have observable compositions of different domains such as the conduct of research in order to identify persisting issues in education, tracing in which particular era it first becomes noticeable, and identifying the factors or solution to the existing problem. In addition, the execution of the activity aims to help not just the education sector but the whole community in general which in order to care and address the needs of the diverse learners. Moreover, the evidences mainly focused on the improvement of the current curriculum in the country. It is also evident in the activities the objective of having a self-reflection in the aspect of teacher's practices which is beneficial for their professional engagement and development.
These evidences covered mostly the expected competencies of the Beginning Teachers stated in the seven (7) domains of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST). The utilization of column notes and the reflection paper are effective tools for the topic to be accurately demonstrated and explained which encompasses the application of Content Knowledge & Pedagogy domain. This also gave an opportunity to contextualize the topic given the diversity of learners most especially in this time of pandemic that education sector has been really challenged. The techniques also may result in better understanding of learners about the gist of the subjects being discussed through the integration of infographics. Moreover, activities gave an overview on the school's community linkages and partnership with the stakeholders in order to realize our education goals while upskilling and reflecting ourselves for professional growth and development (associated in Domains 6 and 7). Furthermore, this topic also highlights on how an educator may reflect on the various strategies and educational perspectives.
