Principal II-SLES

Welcome to the official website of San Lorenzo Elementary School! It has always been a pleasure serving you on a physical environment, so much so that we take it a step further through this virtual platform. In the face of the existence of COVID-19, the urgency to serve you does not diminish within us.

As the Department of Education mandates its schools to be the venue in promoting quality and equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education to learners, SLES performs its role in indulging DepEd’s mission. The New Normal in education provides opportunities to explore the virtual world in extending various aspects of education and reaching out to our learners, parents, and stakeholders. Hence, the SLES Website will be here to perform the duties, functions, and roles of San Lorenzo Elementary School to all its clienteles and stakeholders.

This pandemic is temporary and is on its passing phase. Let not this situation brought by COVID-19 hinder us in performing with excellence our mandated roles in the education of the youth. Instead, let this website be our bridge to connect and reconnect to our clienteles. This will be our platform of communication; an avenue for posting significant information and recognition and a place to address our learners’ concerns. Let us take advantage of what technology can bring to the present scenario as we all welcome School Year 2020-2021.

As African American leader and human rights activist Malcolm X once said, “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.” Let us all prepare ourselves today for tomorrow is uncertain. We better equip ourselves with the knowledge and skills we need as facilitators and managers of learning.

God bless us all!

Stay at your own home, stay safe, and stay healthy!
