ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine the Supervisory Practices in the New Normal and the Instructional Competence among Teachers of Quirino National High School, Quirino, District. Undoubtedly, the most crucial component of the school head's job is teachers' Instructional Supervision. One of the ways to improve leadership competencies is instructional Supervision. The leaders assist and develop teachers' instructional competence and performance of their duties which hopes to enhance nurturing, relevant, and liberating education for quality students' growth. A total enumeration of respondents was employed. It used the descriptive–correlational design. The statistical tools used were frequency and percentage, weighted mean and standard deviation, and T-test/One-way ANOVA. The overall findings of this paper reveal that teachers' instructional competence is outstanding. Based on the findings, the correlation test on the supervisory of the respondents when grouped according to their profile, the profile is not significant with 0.10, 0.57, and 0.91 p-values, correspondingly.
