ABSTRACT
To ensure the delivery of quality, accessible, relevant, and liberating basic education in the country, the Department of Education (DepEd) stressed the need and importance of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) aligned with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST). The researcher devised a technology innovation and implementation to address this need by creating an electronic template of IPCRF for the Teachers I-III and Master Teachers. A descriptive research approach was utilized with a sample of one hundred (100) teacher-respondents composed of eighty (80) Teachers under the positions of TI, TII, and TIII and twenty (20) Master Teachers (MT’s) teaching in public schools in the Division of Isabela at the time of technology intervention through data analysis. The research respondents were chosen using stratified random sampling to target all the qualified and potential participants. An online researcher-made questionnaire was administered to determine the extent of utilization of e-IPCRF among public school teachers. The results showed that the teachers holding the plantilla positions of T1, T2, T3, and MT have perceived the use of e-IPCRF as convenient to use and “with high acceptability level” among the public-school teachers as it offers a wide range of technology-based template yielding to a more accurate and systematic way of harvesting IPCRF ratings.
