PROJECT: Linangin at paUnlarin kaalamang Teknikal tungo sa Oportunidad para sa mga kabataan (L.U.T.O.)
Project L.U.TO Linangin at Paunlarin Kaalamang Teknikal Tungo sa Oportunidad para sa mga Kabataan (L.U.T.O.) is a division-based intervention program aligned with the MATATAG Curriculum that aims to strengthen learners’ technical and vocational competencies, critical thinking, and employability skills. It also supports the enhancement of the Senior High School (SHS) curriculum, including Alternative Learning System (ALS) SHS learners, by providing flexible, contextualized, and skills-based learning opportunities. The program focuses on preparing both in-school and ALS SHS learners for higher education, employment, and entrepreneurship through industry-relevant and practical experiences that develop productivity, adaptability, and lifelong learning skills needed in today’s dynamic workforce.
OBJECTIVES
Monitor and assess learners’ progress and teachers’ efficiency, providing a detailed analysis and implementing targeted activities to address identified issues.
Ensure that learners achieve the Learning Competencies outlined by the TESDA and DepEd CO.
Attain a zero-failure rate among students in EPP/TLE/TVL.
Develop high-quality instructional materials, with a focus on EPP/TLE/TTechPro across all key stages, prioritizing the Least - Mastered Learning Competencies.
5. Improve and align existing assessment tools with the MATATAG curriculum.
6. Conduct comprehensive and essential training, workshops, and seminars to equip, reskill, and upskill all non-TLE majors.
7. Increase the number of teachers and students who successfully pass the NC Assessment
8. Ensure that all identified teachers facing challenges in teaching EPP/TLE/TechPro content acquire the necessary and relevant knowledge, skills, and attitudes for effective instruction.
