PROJECT: Linangin at paUnlarin kaalamang Teknikal tungo sa Oportunidad para sa mga kabataan (L.U.T.O.)
Project L.U.TO is a joined program with the Project N.U.A.N.G (Non-stop Undertaking to Give Ample Support and Additional opportunities to Numerous Graduate of ALS) was launched last August 24, 2023. These projects aim to help, cater, and reach learners who need support, guidance, and assistance on the enhancement and development of the different technical skills needed in the different areas of specialization which yield to more comprehensive and innovative learning experiences among our learners in Alternative Learning System (ALS) and Technical Vocational and Livelihood (TVL).
OBJECTIVES
Monitor and assess learners’ progress and teachers’ efficiency, providing a detailed analysis and implementing targeted activities to address identified issues.
Ensure that learners achieve the Learning Competencies outlined by the TESDA and DepEd CO.
Attain a zero-failure rate among students in EPP/TLE/TVL.
Develop high-quality instructional materials, with a focus on EPP/TLE/TVL, across all key stages, prioritizing the Least - Mastered Learning Competencies.
5. Improve and align existing assessment tools with the MATATAG curriculum.
6. Conduct comprehensive and essential training, workshops, and seminars to equip, reskill, and upskill all non-TLE majors.
7. Increase the number of teachers and students who successfully pass the NC test.
8. Ensure that all identified teachers facing challenges in teaching EPP/TLE/TVL content acquire the necessary and relevant knowledge, skills, and attitudes for effective instruction.
