Year in and year out all public elementary and secondary schools prepare a Work and Financial Plan that serves as their guide in the implementation of their Programs, Projects, and Activities contained in the Annual Implementation Plan and funded under the MOOE. In addition, it serves as a basis in the preparation of reports on utilization of operating expenses.
