A technical-vocational course program that develops the skills of students in preparing and producing bakery/pastry products, cakes and desserts.
Food and Beverage Services NC II
A technical-vocational program that trains students in the preparation of food plans and meals for restaurants, hotels, canteens, banquets and functions, and basically any establishment that serves food to a large number of people.
Cookery NC II
This course comprises the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for TVL-Home Economics Cookery for learners. It helps them become competent in various areas necessary to perform the different tasks in the kitchen.
Housekeeping Services NC II
Refers to the management of duties and chores, like cleaning guest rooms and assisting guest request in the hotel and institutions.
Front Office Services NC II
Refers to performing essential front desk administrative duties, including answering phone calls, greeting anyone who enters the hotel and performing the process of making a reservation registering and checking-in and checking-out a guest in a hotel or in a commercial accommodation establishment.
Tourism Promotion Services NC II
Covers activities and expenditures designed to promote tourism products and services in the destination. Travel Services provide travel and tourism that offer different kinds of travelling packages for each destination like ticketing and local guiding.
Tailoring NC II
This consists of competencies that a person must achieve that will enable him/her to draft and cut pattern; lay-out pattern on the material/fabric, sew material/fabric and apply finishing touches on the men's casual apparel of the garment sector.
Automotive Servicing NC II
This consists of competencies that a person must achieve to inspect, clean and repair mechanical or electrical parts, components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies of light and heavy-duty automotive vehicle with diesel or gas engine in accordance with manufacturer's specification.
Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing NC II
It covers common and core competencies such as assembling electronic products, service consumer electronic products and system and service industrial electronic modules, products and system.
Carpentry NC II
It covers two core competencies that learners ought to possess: (1) stripping formwork components, and (2) installing framing works. It also covers two (2) core competencies that Grade 12 learners ought to possess: 1) stripping formwork components and 2) installing framing works.
Computer Systems Servicing NC II
It consists of competencies that learners must possess, such as to install and configure computer systems, to set up computer networks and servers and to maintain and repair computer systems and networks.
