MARIANO PONCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SPORTS FEST

A school sports fest is an exciting event that promotes physical activity, teamwork and healthy competition among students, teachers and parents.
The event fosters sense of camaraderie, sportsmanship and school spirit. Thus, this is an opportunity to develop everyone's mental and physical abilities while having fun.
Here, ALS learners together with School Head (Dr. Gary Z. Regala, MPMG) and parents as they've participated in this event gained valuable experiences and skills that extend beyond the sport field and provides a platform for them to shine, learn and build their confidence.

62ND FOUNDATION DAY

Foundation Day is a celebration commemorating the establishment of our school. It is a special day to reflect on our school's history, values, and mission as we honor the visionaries who founded our institution and celebrate the growth, achievement and traditions that have shaped our school community .
As we celebrate its 62nd year, the importance of strengthening bonds among students, teachers and alumni as we preserved heritage and milestones to inspire future generations that translate to our commitment to education and excellence. Thus, ALS learners also partake in this event as they've showcased their talents and enthusiasm through an energetic dance performance . This vibrant performance highlighted the school's spirit and unity making it a memorable for everyone involved.

Teacher's Day is a special celebration to appreciate and honor the dedication, hard work and commitment of our teachers. Students express their gratitude through various activities, gifts and performances.
Through their effort and be able to express appreciation, the ALS leaners prepared and showcased their dance performance that featured lively music and routine, enthusiastic energy and choreography making it more memorable celebration.

MATHEMATICS MONTH CELEBRATION

This year's month celebration promotes awareness and appreciation that typically involves activities on math competitions, math-themed projects, posters, exhibitions and presentations showcasing and understanding mathematical concepts that were displayed on the designated areas ; its significance develops student's interest, confidence and foster positive attitudes towards Mathematics. By celebrating Mathematics Month, our school inspire students to appreciate the beauty and relevance of mathematics in everyday life.
Hence, ALS learners were participated on the said event as they've walk around and explore unto various posters and projects created by different grade level students to share their creativity in mathematical arts and designs.
SEMINAR ON ANTI-BULLYING AND R.A. 9262 VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND CHILDREN

Bullying and violence can have profound impact on women and children leaving deep emotional scars and affecting their well-being. The effects of bullying and violence can be devastating, leading to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Women and children who experience violence may feel trapped, helpless, and fearful for their safety. The trauma can be long-lasting, affecting their relationships, work and overall quality of life.
This seminar focuses on addressing bullying and violence against women and children, with a specific emphasis on Republic Act 9262 with a theme: Reducing Detrimental Effects and Fostering Supportive Atmosphere in Schools.
Here, the ALS learners as one of the participants together with Grade 6 students will gain insights into the causes and consequences of bullying and violence, as well as effective strategies for prevention and intervention. Headed by our School Head, Dr. Gary Z. Regala, MPMG, guest resource speakers Pat. Ryan Joseph R. De Jesus and Esmeralda "Diamond" Dy-Chua. Assisted by Master Teacher in-charge Manuel C. Baron, MT-II, Guidance Teacher Riza M. Baraquil and National Teachers College Student-Teachers for their relentless support during conduct of the said event.
