WHAT DO WE OFFER?
The following programs are provided in accordance with the DepEd's Alternative Learning System:
Basic Literacy Program
Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Program for Elementary and Junior High
TARGET LEARNERS
We accept students who want to finish their junior high school education, a non-graduate or graduate from elementary school if they are:
Out-of-school children ages 6-14 years old
Out-of-school youth ages 15-24 years old
Out-of-school adults ages 25 - above
Anyone who has not completed 12-year of basic education

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
Interested ALS learners should complete and submit the following:
Photocopy of birth certificate (PSA) / baptismal certificate
Barangay Clearance
2x2 (2pcs.) and 1x1 (2pcs.) ID picture white background
Form 137 (only for learners from the formal education system)
Other government issued ID such as Voter's ID, BIR, and TIN that shows the birthday of the ID holder

ADMISSION PROCESS
APPLICATION
Bring the required documents to the MPES Community Learning Center located at Ground Floor Room 107 (Old Building)
FUNCTIONAL LITERACY TEST
The aspiring learners will take the said test to be administered by the ALS Teacher. This test will help the ALS Teacher to gauge their appropriate levels - basic literacy, elementary, or junior high
COMPLETION OF REQUIREMENTS
After the level has been determined, the student must fulfill all ALS program criteria, which include completing all modules, complying with portfolio material, finishing REVALIDA, and completing the A&E evaluation
CERTIFICATION ISSUANCE, ALS ACCREDITATION & EQUIVALENCY EXAMINATION
The student will receive a Certificate of Program Completion upon fulfilling all requirements, and they will also be registered to take the ALS Accreditation & Equivalency Examination
AWARDING
The learner will receive a diploma, a Certificate of Rating or CoR, an AF5 form—which is comparable to the DepEd's Form 137 record—after passing the ALS A&E. The learner has the option to participate in or not in the graduation exercises that are arranged by the DepEd division to which they are affiliated. Nonetheless, the learners must fully participate in the graduation exercises that the corresponding school district organizes internally.
