The Schools Division Office of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga proudly presents the highlights of the recently concluded convergence and awarding ceremonyโa meaningful gathering that celebrated the invaluable contributions of schools and community partners in strengthening partnerships and advancing learner development.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our esteemed Division Leaders whose guidance continues to steer the Division toward excellence in community engagement and collaborative governance. Dr. Shirley B. Zipagan, CESO VI, Schools Division Superintendent, whose visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to partnership-driven education set the foundation for meaningful programs that uplift both schools and learners; Jennifer A. Quiambao, CESE, OICโAssistant Schools Division Superintendent, whose dependable support and keen oversight ensured the smooth execution of the activity and inspired the team toward purposeful and proactive Social Mobilization efforts; and Dr. Lawrence G. Agapito, Chief, School Governance and Operations Division, whose strong advocacy for school-community synergy continues to strengthen the Divisionโs efforts in sustaining impactful and responsive partnership initiatives.
A special acknowledgment is also extended to Mikaela Noa Alyssa C. Paras, RFSSLG President, for delivering a heartfelt Message of Gratitude that echoed the importance of collective involvement and the continuing role of stakeholders in advancing learner-centered programs.
Likewise, our sincere appreciation goes to Dr. Faye Clarice M. Maturan, Assistant Chair, Public Health Unit & Overall Coordinator for AFHF โ Aruga Sa Kabataan, Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital, for sharing an inspiring Stakeholderโs Message that emphasized the value of shared responsibility in nurturing the holistic well-being of every learner.
This program was successfully carried out through the strong leadership and direction of the Social Mobilization and Networking (SocMob) Unit, headed by Ms. Airene P. Dayrit, PhD, RGC, RPm, LPT, whose stewardship ensured the meaningful implementation of the 2025 Local Stakeholdersโ Convergence cum Awarding Ceremony.
