San Fernando City, Pampanga – July 11, 2025 — In accordance with Schools Division Memorandum No. 347, s. 2025, the Schools Division Office (SDO) of the City of San Fernando conducted the Oathtaking Ceremony for newly hired, transferred-in, reclassed items and promoted personnel on July 11, 2025. The event took place at the Hall of Teacher Heroes, 3rd Floor, SDO Building, and was attended by a total of 260 personnel.
A total of 260 teaching and related-teaching personnel, of which 97 comprise the newly hired and transferred, alongside 163 individuals reclassified and promoted. The ceremony served not only as a formal induction into their new roles but also as a reaffirmation of their commitment to public service and quality education.
The activity was efficiently facilitated by Mr. Ariel M. Escoto, Administrative Officer IV, and Ms. Mary Jane P. Soriano, Education Program Supervisor. Their coordination ensured a smooth flow of events, reflecting the SDO’s emphasis on professionalism and organizational excellence.
The ceremony was spearheaded by Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Shirley B. Zipagan, whose leadership has continually steered the division towards innovation and excellence. In her keynote message, Dr. Zipagan underscored the importance of integrity, dedication, and transformational leadership in the field of education. She further emphasized the critical role that each educator and administrator play in shaping the future of learners and communities.
