CLAVERIA CENTRAL SCHOOL, Committed for your Children's Success
The Claveria Central School Development plans(SIP, AIP, etc) were enhanced with the leadership of the community stakeholders, all school plans were deliberated thru SGC and School planning team, the spt documented the SIP process the minutes of the meeting attendance sheets photos, technical assistance was provided by the school.
The Community Stakeholders of the Claveria Central School lead the regular review and improvement of the development plan and was fully reviewed by the community stakeholders through the SGC, Project/Monitoring team. They facilitated the reviewed and adjustment of SIP, SMEA documents with the process of meetings with minutes/ attendance, photos and videos.
The Claveria Central School was organized by a clear structure and work arrangements guided by an agreed organizational structure by the School Faculty Association, School Governing Council Structure,Parents- Teachers Association, Supreme Pupil Government, Constitution and By-Laws, with Students Handbook, Child Protection Policy/Committee and they provide technical and administrative support
The Claveria Central School has a leadership network that facilitates communication between and among school and community leaders for informed decision-making and solving of school community wide learning problems. Decisions emanates from the school situational report that is widely circulated through school website newsletter and assembly meetings. Financial and technical support were discussed in said avenues.
The teachers of the Claveria Central School assumed responsibility for their own training and development. This is done through coaching and mentoring based from the training and developmental needs in their IPPD, Training Development Plan for school and community leaders. From the assessed weaknesses of teachers, Teacher as a leader assumed responsibility to capacitate himself or herself through LAC Sessions which is done at least once a month.
High proficient teachers are being tapped to train and empower us to improve and enhance our weaknesses. Trainings conducted like LAC Sessions are being funded by the school through the MOOE to finance our snacks, materials and others.
And as a proof, we have here terminal reports, certificate of attendance of trainings and seminars.
