Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners from different districts of Batangas City proved that determination knows no boundaries as they competed in the Division Athletic Association Meet (DAAM) 2026 held from September 9 to 11.

Representing ALS in athletics, swimming, 3x3 basketball, badminton, chess, and billiards, the learners displayed skill, discipline, and sportsmanship. Several athletes secured championship titles and podium finishes, highlighting the talent and potential of ALS learners in competitive sports.

Beyond the medals and victories, the learners demonstrated courage by stepping into the competition and representing ALS with pride. With the guidance and support of their coaches, they showed that opportunities to learn, grow, and excel can extend far beyond the classroom.

ALS learners did not simply join the challenge—they rose to it.
