Turac Elementary School continues to ensure a safe, informed, and well-prepared learning environment for all as we recently conducted an Emergency Drill and Capacity Building Activity in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) San Carlos City. Through this activity, our learners, teachers, and school personnel gained essential knowledge and skills on fire safety, proper evacuation procedures, and emergency response.
In line with our commitment to a smooth and organized opening of classes, the school also held a General Assembly and Orientation for Learners and Parents. During the session, vital information was clearly discussed, including the School Handbook, Three-Term School Calendar, Grading System, BOSY Assessment, and Health Assessment. This meaningful orientation was led by our dedicated school leaders and educators: Dr. Arlyn O. Mendoza- School Principal, Mr. Alejo Cayabyab- Head Teacher III, Mrs. Raquel Rosal- Master Teacher II, Mrs. Filipinas Abella- Master Teacher I
Mrs. Baby Rose Roque- School Guidance Teacher. Their guidance ensured that both learners and parents are well-informed, aligned, and ready to actively participate in the academic journey ahead.
These activities reflect how Turac Elementary School has taken the necessary preparations and strengthened information dissemination for the opening of classes.

𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤, 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬!
Joy and excitement filled the air at Turac Elementary School as we officially opened the new school year!
The opening of classes started with a solemn Flag Ceremony, followed by an inspiring Value Focus on Leadership led by Mrs. Jasmin F. Aquino, reminding our learners that even at a young age, they can lead with kindness, responsibility, and confidence.
We were truly honored by the presence of our distinguished guest - Dr. Vivian D. Ofanda, Education Program Supervisor in Filipino—together with our supportive barangay officials and SPTA President, Mr. Benjamin Tamondong. Through the generosity of our school principal, Dr. Arlyn O. Mendoza, they brought joy to our learners as they distributed school supplies to selected learners, encouraging them to pursue their studies with enthusiasm and determination.
Adding color and inspiration to our celebration was the beautiful tarpaulin donated by Jollibee San Carlos City, which warmly welcomed everyone and made the opening even more festive and meaningful.
The opening day was filled with heartfelt emotions. Our learners returned with bright smiles, excited to see their classmates and ready to explore new lessons and experiences. Our teachers welcomed them with warm hearts and strong dedication, eager to guide, teach, and inspire throughout the school year. Meanwhile, our parents felt a mix of pride, joy, and hope, trusting that the school will continue to nurture and support their children’s growth and dreams.
Indeed, this new beginning reminds us that school is not just a place for learning, but a home where joy, friendship, and dreams grow together.
BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026
Isang paaralan. Isang komunidad. Isang layunin. Isang kinabukasang sama-samang binubuo.
Maraming salamat sa inyong pagmamahal, malasakit, at walang sawang pakikiisa.

A few weeks to go… The moment we’ve all been waiting for is almost here!
Amidst the many highlights, one initiative shines particularly bright—Project SAGIP. In partnership with the PNP San Carlos City and guided by the leadership of Dr. Sheila Marie Primicias, we’re on a mission to educate, protect, and empower.
See how Project SAGIP equips students with the knowledge they need to make informed choices and speak out when it matters most.
Through this project, we are raising the bar on safety and awareness, providing students with the tools to protect themselves and recognize the signs of sexual violence.
As we look back on our strides, Dr. Sheila Marie Primicias will reveal the bold steps we’re taking to build a future where safety and awareness are woven into the fabric of every school.
