Ang Magtaking Elementary School ay buong-pusong nakipagtulungan at nakiisa sa Project UP (Upgrading Performance) ng San Carlos City Division sa pamamagitan ng isang makulay na motorcade. Ito ay isang makabuluhan at masayang pagdiriwang na naglalayong ipakita ang pagmamahal sa edukasyon at ang pagsuporta sa mga proyekto na nagpapabuti sa kalidad ng edukasyon sa komunidad.
Sa motorcade na ito, ipinakita ang komitment ng kaguruan na Magtaking ES na itaguyod ang Project UP. Tampok sa motorcade ang iba't ibang pampaaralang programa at proyekto na naglalayong malinang ang literacy at numeracy skill ng mga mag-aaral at pagsulong ng mga inobasyon sa pagtuturo.
Ito ay isang makulay at masayang okasyon na nagdala ng inspirasyon sa mga mag-aaral, guro, at mga mamamayan ng komunidad. Ang San Carlos Division Project UP ay patuloy na nagsisilbing gabay sa pagpapabuti ng kalidad ng edukasyon at nagbibigay ng lakas sa kolektibong pangarap na makamit ang tagumpay sa larangan ng edukasyon.
Nawa'y patuloy ang ating pagkakaisa at pagsusumikap na isulong and de-kalidad na edukasyon para sa lahat.
