He humbly asked some philanthropist constituents of Magtaking who could share portions of lot to be able to establish the school. The De Guzman Family thru “Bai Akiw” and Mrs. Cecilia Guevarra had delightedly and undoubtedly shared some portions of their land subject for the construction of the school which was purchased by the concerned stakeholders. The acquisition of the land was officially endowed to the school in September 21, 1955. To carry out this huge dreams, he used his ministry as a public servant to tap his closest friends namely; Don Emilio Padlan, Mayor of San Carlos City that time, and Congressman Eugenio Perez, who was known as the First House Speaker of Pangasinan and through the grace of God, the fervent request of Don Gregorio V.
