Events and Activity Forms

AFTER PROM:

Hello JR/SR Parents:

Prom is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 25th, with After Prom to follow at Main Event in Thornton.  Prom is for Juniors and Seniors and is put on by the Junior class. Venues have been secured for both events and we are working through the rest of the details, but we need your help as this is a massive event to put on and we want to make it a very memorable experience for all that attend.

How you can help:

·         Purchase tickets to After prom here.

·         Purchase prizes from our Amazon wish list to be given out at After prom. The link to the Wishlist is here. Any prizes purchased from this link will be shipped directly to school.

·         Collect gift cards or other items that can be given as prizes. We have attached a letter to this email, but looking for fun experience places to visit, restaurants, stores, travel, etc. Most places will be willing to contribute a gift card or two when they know the cause. Items collected can be given to the High School desk and marked “After Prom” at school, or shoot us a email and we can arrange picking up.

·         Give to the After Prom fund. You can give  here. Anything collected here will be used to purchase additional prizes, give-a-ways, gift cards, etc. to ensure a successful event.

We will continue to have more ways to get involved and help, but as this is rapidly coming up, we wanted to get out the information.
