Clearance

 Senior Clearance are still happening May 8, 2023. Most seniors can and do get cleared before Clearance Day. If a student has not gotten Cleared by 10:00 AM on either Tuesday, May 9 or Webnesday May 10, the student will have to wait until 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm to seek Clearance. Ms. Peyton and Ms. Miller cannot phsyically be two places at one time. Please plan accordingly. 

Cap & Gowns are distributed to seniors on 5/9 and 5/10 during BullDog Time and 4th period, Room 4138. Note:  See Clearance note above. Seniors unable to get Cleared, or who are absent May 9 to May 15 have until May 16 10:00 AM to make arrangements to pick up your Cap & Gown for Senior Awards Night, taking place May 16 after school.  

NO Cap & Gown will be delivered at Senior Awards Night. Seniors are on campus the entire week of May 8 and May 15. Cap & Gowns may only be picked up during Bulldog time and 4th period on May 9 & May 10. NO Pickups of Cap & Gown on May 11 or May 12. From May 15 to May 19, Cap & Gowns may only be picked up during 4th period.  These are the ONLY times to pick up Cap & Gowns from Room 4138. Regularly scheduled exams will be taking place in Room 4138. 

Graduation Tickets are being delivered Monday 5/22 at graduation practice after we finish.  

You will need to find Ms. Peyton or Ms. H. Miller for final clearance. They are spending time in Ms. Peyton's room, 3143 or Ms. Miller's room, 4138 or are in the building with senior activities.
