Senior Breakfast

Update: We had almost a full senior student body participate in the Senior Breakfast yesterday. The weather cooperated, all students were fed. We had a call for "seconds" if students wanted them. We had a very small amount of leftovers, which staff took care of on their lunch break. Shout Out to SGA officer, RYAN L., for providing the decorations, board games, and prizes for the "guess the number of [candy in the jar]." Flying Biscuit Cafe got stuck behid two big wrecks and were only a few minutes late on the first delivery. Thank you to the seniors for packing their patience and making the morning a successful kick off to their senior year.

The seniors got to pick up their Senior T-Shirts and then got into the food line. Others waited and go to do the activities.

The serving line: Flying Biscuit made wonderfully catered food. The eggs, grits or breakfast potatoes, and biscuits with all the breakfast sauces including apple butter (not pictured).

We served regular bacon (pork) and made sure to have separate two servings of turkey bacon (non-pork) to accomodate religious and diatery restrictions. The pork sausage was also an option.

Senior Breakfast is October 12, 2022 8:10 AM - 12:00 PM

We cater a yummy breakfast from a local restaurant. For the class of 2022 and Class of 2023, The Flying Biscuit Cafe catered. If the Senior T-Shirts are in, we will distributed this day. This senior breakfast and games is the start of our Senior Celebrations Events.

Menu:

Eggs, choice of breakfast potatoes or grits, bread, sausage pattie, and choice of pork or turkey sausage, water, and choice of drink + water. Seniors may bring their own Starbucks or Dunkin Coffees or hot chocolates.

Seniors first report to Homerooms on the 4th floor, then they will walk down to the cafe for breakfast, T-shirt delivery, housekeeping, games/activities, and socializing. The day culminates with a senior picture in the gym with our new Senior T-shirts for those who picked them up. ALl seniors are asked to wear a black shirt to school that day.

Dual Enrollment students - The DE students who come to campus 4th period, you should stop by the food table as soon as you get to campus. The DE students who leave campus 4th period will need to stop by when their homeroom goes through the line. There are 8 DE students who are scheduled to be off campus during a unique schedule. Those 8 students should stop by the Food line and the T-shirt line early. Ms. Miller is working on "Fast Pass" for those 8 students, and the students who leave campus 4th period. This will allow DE students to participate in Senior Activities. The remaining DE students who are impacted because of travel times, Ms. Miller and Ms. Peyton are working on a solution that allows you to come onto campus for senior activities.
