Information for Presenters

As we are now finalising the Book of Abstracts and Proceedings, all presenting authors need to ensure that they have registered for MEI 10 or their submission will be removed. 

Parallel Sessions

Papers

There is a 30-minute allocation per paper of which at least 10 minutes should be for discussion

Posters

Please allow 5 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. 

Presenting your work

We are inviting presenters to present from their own device where possible. HDMI and USB-C connections will be available in each room. If your device requires an adapter please ensure to bring this with you. 

If this is not possible we ask you to email your presentation to the relevant Chair for your session using the format name.surname@dcu.ie.

For sustainability purposes hard copies of posters are not required. Five minutes have been allocared to orally present the poster as one (or more if necessary) slides with a further five minutes for questions and answers.
