What is the CHP+ Program?: Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) is a low-cost health insurance program for uninsured Colorado children ages 18 and under whose families earn too much to qualify for Medicaid, but cannot afford private insurance.

Food Bank Hours:

Wednesday & Thursday: 9 A.M. - 4 P.M.
Friday & Saturday: 9 A.M. - 1 P.M.

Services Include: SECOR’s school weekend food program for children, free financial counseling,  individual and family counseling, references for reduced/scaled medical services, affordable and transitional housing resources, once a month financial assistance, free Legal Aid, and free dental screenings and X-Rays at SECOR.

Connecting Colorado families and individuals to SNAP/food stamps, food pantries, free meal sites, WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) and other nutrition programs geared towards families, children and older adults.


There’s child care, employment, energy, food, financial, medical and mental health assistance.  If you’re a senior, veteran or a person with a disability, there’s a program designed just for you. There are also programs for adult and child protection.  Even transit programs to help you get around.

Established in 2022, the Homeless Engagement Assistance and Resource Team (HEART) is focused on helping people experiencing homelessness. There are three teams in Douglas County.
