Activities at Rock Canyon involve some sort of performance, competition, or service to the community and are divided into 3 categories.   

1. Activities are regulated by the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) and students are scored, ranked or rated in competition.  

2. Activities that are associated with Career & Technical Student Organizations (CTSO).

3. Activities that are associated with a course during the school day which may be a requirement for participation.
