LOG SHEETS & SPONSORSHIP

The Log Sheet is used to track all outreach activities and the amount of hours each student participates in each activity. Alternatively students can put their home and school hours into COMPASS and outside of school organisations can use the below QR codes to enter their information.

Sponsor Sheets are used when the student wants to create their own fundraising event. A Sponsorship Letter can also be used to assist students with their fundraising efforts.

Sponsorship letters may be presented to companies and other organisations when the student is attempting to raise funds towards an event or initiative. They will further use the Sponsor Sheet to keep a track of all donations. Outreach hours will be allocated at the discretion of the Pastoral Teacher or Outreach Coordinator.
