Log & Sponsor Sheet

Log and Sponsor Sheets can also be found within the MCC JUMP Handbook. The Log Sheet is used to track all outreach activities and the amount of hours each student participates in each activity. Sponsor Sheets are used when the student wants to create their own fundraising event. A Sponsorship Letter can also be used to assist students with their fundraising efforts.
