Presenters

The following is a checklist for all presenters:

If you are a Facilitator(am) or Presenter(pm), please plan to pick up your packet between 7:15 and 8:00 (am) for morning sessions and 11:10 and 12:40(pm) for afternoon sessions. Packet Pick-up will be located in the main entrance next to the office.
Make sure that if you are presenting on your own, you ask someone to volunteer as a facilitator for the room

E-mail John Marshall at marshallj@davie.k12.nc.us with any digital materials you would like linked to the website for your presentation. We would encourage you to send us digital materials to have available on November 12th.
We encourage you to have all handouts available in a digital format. If you cannot manage your presentation without paper copies, be sure to have any materials you will be using on November 12th printed (in black and white) out in sets of at least 35. We ask that you and the facilitator keep an eye on the number of teachers entering the room and close the room when you have reached capacity.
Computer Labs will be limited to the number of work stations available. In most cases 25 workstations
Please place a copy of your presentation in your Google Drive, uploaded on a flash drive or attach to your website. Remember, "If it's NICE save it THRICE!"
Each presenter will be asked to use the Laptop and Interactive Flat Panel in the assigned room.
