Grading Policy
Students are required to complete assigned work daily, graded work will vary from subject to subject. Completing assigned work is essential for the students to demonstrate mastery of a concept and show the teacher where there may be learning gaps. We encourage students to meet dead lines and be accountable for their work and ask parents to provide this same encouragement at home. Work not completed in a timely manner diminishes its purpose.
Student late work will only be collected up till the week before Interims/Report Cards. This provides teachers the time to grade and post grades. Late work will be penalized 10 pts. per day, after 5 days the highest a student can earn is a 50%.
