How to Make an Enhanced(audio and pictures) Podcast Using GarageBand

TITLE PAGE and WORKS CITED

Create a title page and Works Cited page in Pixie or Keynote and Export as a jpg file (remember to use the center of the slide, leave the sides blank because GarageBand will turn your rectangular picture into a square).

GARAGEBAND

Create your podcast in GarageBand. Use Male or Female track to record on. Use Podcast track to put in pictures. When finished, go to Share - Send podcast to Share - Export Podcast to Disk - Save in your Grade Level Best Work folder in your Documents folder and drag into your teacher's Hand In folder.

IMAGES

Use sites on the internet that have copyright free or copyright friendly images (pictures) to go with your podcast:

Try dragging the image into the podcast track. If that doesn't work, drag the image to the Desktop, then drag into the podcast track. Also, try holding down the Control key and clicking on the image, then save image to your Desktop.

As soon as you use an image in your work, go back to the page and copy the url to paste into your Works Cited list.
