How to Export GarageBand Music files and put them in your Google Drive

  1. Open your project in GarageBand. Click on the Share menu, then click on "Export Song to Disk" at bottom.
  2. Give your project a name in the Save As box.
  3. Choose Where: Desktop and then click the button for MP3.
  4. Click Export at lower right.
  5. Repeat these steps for each of your music projects.
  6. Open up Google Chrome and go to Danbury Elementary Schools (should be in Bookmarks bar), then to AIS home page.
  7. On AIS home page, click on Students at top.
  8. Click on link called Google Drive login.
  9. Type your 4 letters and 4 numbers followed by @danbury.k12.ct.us
  10. Type in your 10 digit password - do not save it.
  11. Click on the "waffle" and then the symbol called Drive.
  12. Drag the MP3 file from your desktop into your Drive.
