Supporting the PreK Classroom with CLASS

Audience: PreK Teachers  |  PreK 3 and PreK 4    

Participants will dive into the 3 domains of the CLASS observation tool to gain a deeper understanding of how their role in the PreK classroom can support the quality of instruction by fostering positive climate, utilizing developmentally appropriate classroom management, and engaging in intentional interactions that are student focused.

Mastering Your PreK Environment

Time: 10:00AM - 11:30AM  |  12:30PM - 2:00PM

In this session, teachers will dive into the newly updated PreK Virtual Classroom to learn how to maximize the learning environment.

Submerge into CLASS Quality of Feedback

Audience: PreK Teachers  |  PreK 3 and PreK 4    

Time: 8:00AM - 9:30AM

During this session, teachers and teacher assistants will join the PreK Specialists as we dive deeper into the CLASS domain of Instructional Support. We will apply Concept Development interaction strategies to submerge into more effective Quality of Feedback in our PreK students.
