Learning Management Systems

Learning Management Systems (LMS) are software applications that provide a vehicle teachers can use to create, manage, and deliver content. At the same time, LMS can provide learners a way to submit work, collaborate with peers, and access curriculum online.

Seesaw is a platform for student engagement available in our district for PK-2 grade levels. Students can use creative tools to take pictures, draw, or record videos to capture learning in a portfolio. Teachers find or create activities to share with students, communicate with families, share student work, or push out assignments to students to individualize instruction.

Google Classroom is a platform that incorporates Google's core G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and other Google products) so students can access everything they need for a class, including homework assignments, group projects, files, and even Google Meet which allows for real time interaction with teachers.

PowerSchool Learning is a learning management system and collaboration platform that empowers teachers and students with the ability to interact with content, assignments, and multimedia.
