Behavior Plan

At Sudie Williams, we are proud to implement a House System designed to encourage students to model positive behavior and embody the values outlined in our Sudie Essentials (a copy is provided below for your reference).

Students will be assigned to their respective houses on the first Friday of the school year. Our houses—Logra, Duma, Exempio, and Sankofa—each represent a core characteristic that defines what it means to be a Sudie Lion. While students will belong to different houses, we embrace the belief that “We are Sudie, We are One!”

To celebrate positive behavior, students can earn house points daily, and teachers also provide their own classroom incentives and rewards. We recognize that challenges may arise, and in those moments, reset tickets offer students an opportunity to pause, reflect, and make positive choices moving forward. Reset tickets are not intended as a punishment but as a tool to support growth and encourage better decision-making.
