Andrew Garfield is a man of many talents. He was born in Epsom, England and later raised in Los Angeles, California. As a British-American actor, many people are fond of his British origin. It is simply no secret that many people are charmed by his accent. He is not only known as a superhero, but he is also a thespian. Garfield is mostly known for his work as Peter Parker (aka The Amazing Spider-Man). While some say that only one look at him reveals his perfection, in reality, it took him a few other movies to get to his role as Spiderman, and not through his attractive and courteous personality.
When it comes to his family, Garfield is the youngest. His older brother, Ben Garfield, works as a pulmonary specialist, which he shared in an interview with Stephen Colbert. His father is said to be a swimming coach and his mother was a nursery school assistant, but she is, sadly, no longer with them. Garfield has expressed his love for her many times. His brother, as a lung doctor, has had to do his best to help many people during COVID and Garfield further told Colbert, “for the last two years this Mother Hubbard has been saving people’s lives.” He is very fond of his family and tries to invite them to everything he can.
In 2007, he starred in a role in Lions for Lambs', a movie about two soldiers in Afghanistan. He then played a leading role in Boy A, a movie about a man spending a lot of his youth in prison, then being free, hoping to live a normal life. This movie gave him the British Television award for “best actor.” Two different movies, one a drama and the other a science fiction romance film, led him to his Spider-Man role in 2012. With this role, he was more popular amongst actors. However, there were a large number of people who were not too fond of him taking on this new role with yet another Spiderman. With the newest Spiderman movie, No Way Home, coming out, many people have definitely taken more of a liking to Garfield. The media has been boasting about him more and more. This is also due to him having the lead role in Tick Tick Boom!, a musical about Jonathan Larson, an aspiring composer who died too soon to celebrate the musical that he worried over so much.

Garfield's theater career started around 2012. He played Biff Loman, the son of WIlly Loman, in Death of a Salesman. The play tells the story of Willy Loman, a man trying to live the American Dream, and the sacrifices that entails. Garfield is also known for being in Angels In America in 2017. This play shows that Garfield plays a character, Prior Walker. In the next year, the show was transferred to Broadway, having Garfield involved to play his role yet again; they went on to win a Tony Award. Not many people recognize that Garfield has been in any past theatrical shows that were not Tick Tick Boom!. This involvement makes Garfield even more admirable.

It is no secret that the people on social media have taken such a liking to Garfield’s looks and personality. It has always been a treat to see how he deals with the paparazzi following him around. He tends to have fun with them, he doesn’t shy away, it’s simply hilarious to see what he does every time they find him. The people on Tik Tok have also found ways to admire him and his productions
People should work to appreciate Andrew Garfield for far more than just his looks, but also for his humor, hard work, and success. Garfield expresses that he will always come back to play the beloved Spider-Man when asked. He loves the role and the community that comes with it. He really has come such a long way and he seems like an exceptional person.
