Step 1: Pick Up Your Box
One supply box per lesson (6 per year)
Supports up to ~325 students
Pick up/exchange at Friday trainings (preferred)
Step 2: Review Materials
Each box includes:
Project materials for the current lesson
Individual supplies (paper, fabric, etc.)
Shared class sets (markers, paint, brushes, clay, etc.)

Box inventory sheets
Step 3: Additional Needs
A class set is a shared set of materials sized for your largest class (15–30 students).
Request an additional box or set if:
Multiple volunteers teach at the same time
Your school has a large student population
Step 4: Stay on Schedule
Follow the training schedule in your binder
Complete lessons before the next training date
Have boxes ready for exchange at training
Step 5: Return Materials
Return all unused and leftover supplies
Do not keep extra materials (this impacts inventory)
Step 6: Discard & Report Issues
Throw away broken or unusable supplies
Notify your coordinator or the office if items need replacing
You are not responsible for fixing issues—reporting helps us support you.
