Two Groups
Schools are divided into two groups: the Yellow Group and the Blue Group. This helps keep supply distribution, lesson pacing, and planning organized so materials and trainings can be prepared and delivered more smoothly throughout the year.
School Coordinators for Art Heritage
Since every school runs a little differently, the School Coordinator helps the Art Heritage program fit the routines and expectations of their building. They are the main point of contact for the program at their school. They help connect volunteers, teachers, and staff and may help keep the lesson calendar organized, make copies for volunteers, and keep an eye on supplies so materials are ready for upcoming lessons.
