The main item you will find in the CanaKit is the actual Raspberry Pi 3. This is the heart and soul of the box, and every other item branches off from this mini computer. It is protected by a 3-D printed case.
Plug this into your Raspberry Pi and let the fun begin.
This cable will be plugged into the Raspberry Pi, and a standalone monitor, to display all the beautiful things you have been creating. Make sure to take off the plastic tips before you begin plugging.
When you save a project on the Raspberry Pi, it is saved to a Micro SD card plugged into the bottom of the Pi. Sometimes you may need to download more software for the Pi on a bigger computer, which may need to use a USB port. This little device allows you to save files to a Micro SD Card through a USB port. It's extremley convienent.
