Our Winter concert is on March 5th, 2026, with our Spring concerts following on May 13th, 2026. We hope to see you there!

The D300 Solo Ensemble and Piano Festival is right around the corner! The festival will be held at Westfield Community School on Saturday, February 21st, 2026. While this event is optional, it is highly recommended for all music students! Students can choose to sign up for a solo, an ensemble, or both. Fill out the Google Form on Schoology to register. Please complete this ASAP so that the orchestra teachers can help students select music to work on over winter break. Registration is open now. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to achieve great strides in their musicianship! 

Reminder: Please ask your students about their orchestra materials. 6th grade students need to have their orchestra books from last year, Essential Elements for Strings Book 1. The 7th and 8th grade students need new method books for class as well as the books from last year. 7th grade orchestra students need Essential Elements Books 1 & 2 for their specific instrument. 8th grade students need Essential Elements Book 2 & Essential Technique Book 3 for their specific instrument.
