What is ARK?

At DMS we follow ARK in our building. ARK stands for: Accountability, Responsibility, and Kindness.

Accountability - taking ownership of your actions, good or bad.

Responsibility - doing what you need to do in a timely manner.

Kindness - be respectful and kind to all.

When students are following ARK they are able to earn Cardunal Cash to use at our school stores, enter quarterly raffle prizes, and teachers may use them for incentives in the classroom.

Quarter 2 Celebration

Before winter break students came down with their grade level to celebrate then end of another quarter, and surviving the 1st semester of school. During the celebration included Perfect Attendance, Quarterly Raffles, Pie a Teacher, Pool Noodle Jousting, Head Toes Knees Cup!, and the 7th and 8th grade Boys Basketball teams against teachers. Quartely Raffle Changes

Due to vandalization of our quarterly raffle boxes. We have had to make some changes to how students can enter to win a quarterly raffle.

Students can now turn in Cardunal Cash into Quarter Raffle bins during the school store, and as they enter the quarter celebrations that happen on the last day of the quarter. Students still need to have their first and last name on their Cardunal Cash, and need to be present at the celebration to win.
