Band

Congratulations to Xander L. and Charlie L. on their acceptance into the ILMEA District 9 Junior Jazz Festival. Both auditioned and were selected to participate. The concert will be on Saturday, April 5 at Hampshire Middle School.
Our next Band Concert is on Wednesday, April 30 at DMS. The 5th and 7th Grade Bands will perform at 6:00pm. The 6th and 8th Grade Bands will perform at 7:30pm.
Our Spring Jazz Concert will be on Monday, May 12 at the East Dundee Depot at 6:00pm. Bring your lawn chair for some outdoor jazz!

Tickets for our musical Frozen Jr. go are on sale at the Elgin Community College box office. Go to www.eccartscenter.org/tickets before we sell out!
Our finale concert of the year will be on Tuesday May 6th at 7:00pm in the main gym.
Bella Voce & 8th Grade Chorus will sing at Recognition Night at Jacobs High School on May 20th at 7:00pm.
Our 80's Chorus Concert was a smashing success! Thank you all for your tremendous support!

ORCHESTRA

Our final Orchestra Concerts are May 15th, 2025. THERE ARE TWO ORCHESTRA CONCERTS ON MAY 15th. Some of the 5th and 6th graders will perform at 6pm. The 7th, 8th, and some of the other 5th graders will perform at 7:30pm.
DMS Students did a fantastic job on our February 26th concert!! Keep up the great work, students!!!
7th and 8th grade students need new method books for class. 7th grade orchestra students need Essential Elements Book 2 for their specific instrument. 8th grade students need Essential Technique Book 3 for their specific instrument.
