About This Site

MISSION STATEMENT

We as a Women's Studies class wish to contribute to the celebration of Women's History Month 2023 by showcasing examples of prominent women and help to tell their stories.

*NOTE* This site is dedicated to honoring prominent women who shaped history and educating the public about their accomplishments. The list of women showcased on this website is by no means an all encompassing list, rather, they were selected by the students of Ms. Allegretti's Women's Studies class as women they admire and wish to highlight. We hope this is a source of information and we encourage you to continue to explore the stories of history's 'wonder women!'
