To help aid in the efficiency of check-in during New Student Orientation. PHS Link Crew has created a Google Form to complete before you (as the student) or your student arrives. This will ensure not only a smooth check in process, but ensure you or your student has all the information they need about Orientation!

If you haven't completed the pre-check in form, click here to be redirected. Please have this form completed by 4pm on August 9th, 2023.

Once you complete the form, you or your student will be automatically entered to win Palmer High School gear and other raffle prizes!

Note, if you have any outlining questions after exploring  the website, please bring those "with" you to New Student Orientation. We will be sure to answer them!
