About Me:
My name is Gail Weiland. I am a licensed, clinical social worker and have been working in District 105 for 28 years. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Illinois, and my graduate degree in social work at the University of Illinois-Jane Addams School of Social Work. I have a passion for working with children and adolescents and helping them grow academically, socially and emotionally. I have had training and certifications in mindfulness, anxiety, behavioral therapies and brain-based strategies. I love to exercise, be outside in nature and travel with my husband and 2 kids.
