ABOUT ENRICHMENT
The CWE PTO is proud to bring so many fun and meaningful enrichment opportunities to our students each year. Everything we support is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and add a little extra joy to the learning our Cougars do in the classroom. Our hope is that every child feels inspired, supported, and excited to learn and grow at CWE.

Book Fair
Book Fair
Our November Book Fair brings the joy of reading to CWE and helps support our library and literacy programs. Families can shop for great books while giving back to our school.
Lunch Bunch Book Club
Lunch Bunch Book Club
Lunch Bunch is a special reading program for 4th and 5th graders. Students enjoy a PTO‑provided lunch in their classrooms while meeting in small groups to chat about a shared book and build a love of reading together.
International Night
International Night
International Night is a fun CWE tradition that celebrates the many cultures in our school community. Families share food, traditions, and displays from around the world, and students get to explore, taste, and learn together. It’s a colorful, joyful evening that brings our whole school family together.
Camp Read S'more
Camp Read S'more
Camp Read S’more is our camping‑themed literacy night for PK–2nd grade. Students enjoy cozy reading activities and simple stations that help our youngest learners fall in love with books.
Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week is led by our school counselors to promote healthy choices. The PTO supports the week with decorations and supplies that add extra fun and school spirit.
Adventure to Pompeii
Adventure to Pompeii
Adventure to Pompeii is a 3rd grade reading event inspired by Magic Tree House: Vacation Under the Volcano. Students rotate through themed stations that bring the story to life in a fun, hands‑on way.
